We appreciate all of our customers and strive to ensure every product we ship meets your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are three simple steps to returning a product to SeeScan:
Step 1: Gather the following information:
- Your contact information
- Your product’s serial number
- Proof of your purchase
Step 2: Call our sales number on 877-733-7226 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. A SeeScan technician may ask a few questions to troubleshoot the issue or may provide some steps to follow in an email to determine if your product is defective and if a return merchandise authorization (RMA) is needed. If your product is found to be defective, the SeeScan technician will provide you with an RMA number.
Step 3: Once an RMA is issued, securely package your product with your name, address, phone number, and the RMA number, and ship it to Lucid Returns, 3777 Ruffin Road. San Diego, CA 92123. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more shipping information click here.
