  SHIPPING INFORMATION


SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME


All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT METHODS AND CARRIERS


We offer shipments by ground. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS


Lithium battery packs, such as the Lucid battery pack, are subject to some government imposed shipping limitations. Customers that wish to have their Lucid battery pack order delivered by air are limited to two battery packs per shipment. Additional battery packs may be ordered by air but they must be processed and packaged separately. They also will incur additional shipping charges, including a $45 flat fee imposed by the carrier in addition to the shipping rate.

We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

RENEW PROGRAM AND WARRANTY RETURN SHIPMENTS


Customers returning battery packs for renewal or warranty repair must package the battery packs in a cardboard box that can withstand a 1.2 meter drop test. Bubble wrapped envelopes or other soft-sided packaging cannot be used to return a battery pack as they will be rejected by the carrier.

The Carrier may reject shipment if lithium battery pack handling label is not placed on any side of the box, except for the bottom. This label must be printed in color and be no less than 4.7 in/120 mm wide by 4.3 in/110 mm tall. Click here to download the label.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING


Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES


SeeScan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES


SeeScan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
