HOW LONG DOES WARRANTY COVERAGE LAST?
This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the SeeScan product. Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This warranty covers any SeeScan product against material, workmanship and/or manufacturing defects. We will repair products without charge, or replace them, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Damages incurred as a result of an accident, improper use, or negligence are not covered under the terms of this warranty. SeeScan is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
Exclusions and limitations may not apply to some states. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR?
Normal wear and tear is the expected decline in the condition of a SeeScan product due to aging and normal everyday use. It may lead to the product requiring repair to continue functioning as intended and is not considered a defect that is covered as part of our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
HOW DO I OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
Create an account and register your Lucid battery pack within 90 days of purchase to particpate in the Limited Lifetime warranty. For warranty evaluation, the complete product must be returned directly to SeeScan Inc. 3777 Ruffin Road, San Diego, California 92123.
All warranty returns must be prepaid and insured. SeeScan Inc. is not liable for lost inbound packages.
When making a claim under the terms of this warranty, you must present the product along with the proof of purchase.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT COVERED PROBLEMS?
SeeScan will repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts. Customers will be required to provide a valid credit card number and may be required to pay reasonable shipping and handling fees for the replacement product. Shipping and handling fees may vary from state to state.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PRODUCT CAN BE REPAIRED? WHAT IF IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED?
Repairs must be evaluated in person by our Repair Team to determine if a product can be repaired. If a product is deemed ineligible for repair we will contact you via your preferred contact method.
HOW DOES THE LUCID RENEW PROGRAM FIT INTO THIS WARRANTY?
This warranty does not include free replacement of spent battery pack cells that have reached the end of their useful life. Battery pack cells have a finite life expectancy, which falls under normal wear and tear.
